職責概要:

  • Handling the correspondences to agency
  • To support and arrange the interviews & handle enquiries and room bookings
  • Maintenance of Meeting room and set up for morning meeting, leader meeting
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to operation teams in daily operations
  • Reconcile and verify the data in the system
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • 中英文資料輸入,確認文件按清單收齊及整理妥當
  • 將文件掃瞄及整理存檔
  • 處理對外文件信件及電郵; 處理相關報告
  • 協助流程上的文件支援工作

工作要求:

Requirements

  • F.5 or above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered if candidates have good attitude
  • Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) and Chinese typing (速成/倉頡)
  • Responsible, good attitude and willing to work under pressure
  • Good communication with English and Mandarin, is preferred
  • Analytical skill and attentive to details
  • Proactive, eager to learn, willing to work under pressure, pleasant personality
  • Immediate available or short notice period is preferred

Working Hour:

Monday - Friday : 9:00am - 6:00pm

Working Location:

Quarry Bay
