Applications are invited for the following posts:

Research Assistant I/II (holding the functional title of Project Assistant) (2 posts) (Ref.: 498744) (to commence as soon as possible until August 31, 2021)

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Social Sciences, Education or other relevant fields with at least 2 years’ research experience. They should have proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese), excellent communication skills, good IT skills, and experience in conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research. A higher degree in Science and Technology, Psychology, Education or Humanities is a definite advantage. Familiarity with the local education context and curriculum design is highly desirable. Preference will be given to those with research skills (particularly in conducting interviews, qualitative and quantitative data analysis using SPSS) and experience in STEM education, as well as project coordination and event organization (such as seminars and conferences).  The appointees will assist the project team to conduct literature review, surveys, interviews, data management, paper-based and online data collection and analyses; organize project seminars; write up reports; and engage in day-to-day project administration.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.
