Project Co-ordinator II
(Ref. 200000BU) (Closing date: March 31, 2020)

The appointee will be responsible for (a) assisting in managing daily operations and facilities maintenance of Postgraduate Halls; (b) supervising a team of supporting staff; (c) assisting in handling matters raised by the residents and student functions; (d) assisting in financial accounting matters; and (e) providing administrative support.

Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) experience in administration and facility management; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua); (iv) excellent interpersonal, planning and organisational skills; (v) self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility; and (vi) proficiency in Chinese word-processing and computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
