Applications are invited for:
Department of Surgery
Technician (Ref. 20000229) (Closing date: January 31, 2021)
The appointee will (a) work on research projects related to human cancers; and (b) perform other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a BSc or an MPhil degree in Biological Sciences or Medical Sciences; (ii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; and (iii) good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in molecular genetic or molecular biology techniques, including but not limited to real-time PCR, western blot, co-IP, cell culture, animal models, flow cytometry and confocal microscopy, will be advantageous.
Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
