Department of Medicine and Therapeutics

Project Co-ordinator II
(Ref. 2000022O) (Closing date: January 21, 2021)

The appointee will work at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Shatin, and will be responsible for (a) organising events and conference; (b) co-ordinating examinations; (c) co-ordinating publicity exercise; (d) supervising supporting staff; and (e) performing other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor’s degree; (ii) at least 7 years’ post-qualification work experience; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) good communication, organisational and analytical skills; (v) good experience in event and project management; (vi) the ability to work independently under tight timeline; and (vii) a self-motivated, honest, steady and mature attitude with good work ethics.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
